    • Note: From Portland Oregonian: "NEIL R. CRANDELL A Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 27, 1994, in Willamette National Cemetery. Mr. Crandell died of congestive heart failure Dec. 20. He was 72. He was born Aug. 4, 1922, in Berg, N.D. A U.S. Army veteran of World War II, he lived in Milwaukee for a while before moving to Portland in 1946. He worked for Mayflower Milk Co., Franz Bakery and Davidson Bakery and retired as a U.S. Postal Service mail handler. He was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church. His wife, Marjorie, died in 1988. He is survived by his stepson, Steven of Portland, and sisters, Harriett Poole of Portland and LaVonne Clauson of Salem. Remembrances: Salvation Army." Married first Shirley Rundlett??
