In the Winnipeg City Directories, Edward was first listed in 1946 as on active service and using his mothers address of 350 Ferry Road; in 1949 working with T.C.A. living at 350 Ferry Road and in 1950 working as a fireman living at 350 Ferry Road. Edward moved to British Columbia when he was about 16 and joined the Merchant Marines. Was listed as living in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada in 1975 when his mother died. Was living in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada in 1993 when his brother Brian died. Ted was a Chief Engineer with the British Columbia Department of Transport. Edward and Muriel had no family.
